I've been going to Tyermans for the last 5 years. They're really friendly and personable, very on top of things, and able to diagnose things my old mechanic didn't even find. When I first went to Joel he was able to find everything that was wrong with my car when other people couldn't figure it out, it was awesome. I've been loyal ever since. They're always able to find the little things that people miss. The pricing is very fair for what they do, and for their labor rates, it's actually cheaper than the dealership I go to. When I call or come in and they say it's going to be 1.5-2 hours it's almost always faster than that, I've never had an instance where it took longer. I'm very happy with how they handle their scheduling, and they have great customer service!
