Initial appraisal of the job requested was not inclusive enough. I believe if Robert had appraised the job, he would have included necessary requirements & had products & equipment to have completed the job much sooner than 2 1/2 months. It didn't help that George Morlan recommended & ordered the wrong shower. They didn't know what was in their own warehouse, but Robert did. He found the shower that was the quality if not better than the one in the master bathroom which I wanted to duplicate. We are very happy with the shower he found & the folding bench seat. Robert's attention to detail, craftsmanship & communications skills are exemplary. He is humble, very trustworthy with great character. Bobbie & Cliff Christianson
