My husband and I have been remodeling investment properties for a long time and for this remodel we had to hire a general contractor and they came right on budget and completed the remodel ahead of schedule. I cannot tell you how refreshing it was not to have to follow up with anyone or make sure a schedule hadn't changed. I felt such relief with this and to know that I could turn it over and it was in good hands was a brand new experience for me!
