ElkStone Basements recently refinished our entire basement. They were not the cheapest company but certainly no the most expensive. After seeing some of their work that they did around our area we decided to go with them. Seeing their work up front was the best example. Therefore, pricing was not a factor in our decision to go with them. The technicians did a good job, although we did not have much interaction with them. We mostly communicated with the dedicated project manager. He was very knowledgeable about the work and took the time to explain every step to us thoroughly. We would use ElkStone Basements and would have no problem recommending them to people we know. I do not think they could have done anything differently to make us any happier.
