I couldn't be happier with the results of my now finished basement. The entire process was very visible, up front, and well managed. The craftsmen were professional and proficient. The Project Manager was excellent. He was responsive to my questions and requests, and he took personal responsibility to get things fixed if he (or myself or my wife) didn't like the way something was done the first time. The results, as mentioned above, have been everything we hoped they would be.
