I rated Elkstone's work on my home from January 14th to February 14th, four out of five stars. It would have been five out of five stars, but the day before the work was to start the insulators broke in through my locked basement window. They began insulating, but then left (apparently after a few minutes). I did not order insulation in my basement and it was not part of the contract. My window still works, but not as good as before, and it was disconcerting that Elkstone employees broke into my home who were not authorized.

Otherwise I was very satisfied with the work that was done and the basement looks very nice. Dave drew up the plans that way I wanted them with some positive suggestions and Keith was very responsive to our needs.
