I had recently had all my windows replace in my home in providence.a crew of three young professional men came in covered all my furniture and did an absolutely fabulous job.totally revamp my home.the installers also gave me a demonstration on how to operate the window which was very helpful.I find it hard to believe that there would be any negative comments toward venture window . for I had an a1 experience. highly recommended
