I put a lot of trust in this company considering they are called, Venture Windows and Doors. I figured it'd be a no brainer to hire them to install my new back door. My trim is crooked, they didn't prime it, but more importantly there was no support on the threshold. I hired another contractor to fix their work and he was appalled. There were NO SHIMS under the threshold. Ventures excuse was that old houses can be tricky to install new doors. Well In that case they should of told me beforehand and turned down the job. Venture maybe a good company to purchase doors or windows, but for installation do not use them. It's best to go with a seasoned contractor who stands by his work
