I had 11 windows installed in a rental property. All windows were manufactured and installed wrong. All had to come back out. Second windows were better, but one was installed with a broken pane of glass. They actually left the sharp broken glass in the window for almost 2 weeks. No one cared that this was a danger to my tenant. Only concern is speed of install not quality.

Venture practically bent over backwards to satisfy Mr. Dubois. I can't imagine any other contractor being so accommodating and I am surprised by his remarks.

After looking at sample windows in our product lineup, he selected one of the lowest price windows for his rental property.

After they were installed, he decided he did not like them. We then offered to let him select another, better window and asked only that he pay the $30/window difference in price. (we absorbed the $1900 loss from the first set). We even reduced that cost by $100 to compensate him for his "inconvenience".

One of the second set of windows arrived with a broken piece of glass. With his tenant's approval, we installed the window with the broken glass (only 1 pane was broken) and told him it would take 2 weeks to order a replacement sash. That sash was installed 2 weeks later and everything was then 100 satisfactory.

We install thousands of windows every year for hundreds of customers and our other A+ reviews support our high level of customer satisfaction. I guess there are always some who just can't be pleased.
