Drain Doctor was very neat and clean and did the job. They finished a job started before, but it was a trivial completion they delayed because they didn't have parts to finish it. So, they finished it and showed me a new problem which they analyzed. We needed a new flap and thought he had one in the truck, but he didn't. He said he'd go get one and, when the first place didn't have it, he called and kept me posted. He did return to put in the flap and finish the job. And, he put booties over his shoes so he wouldn't track dirt every time he came into the house.
