Drain Doctor did everything I asked them to do, and they did it in a timely and professional manner. They snaked the drains in two businesses of mine. Their prices were fair. I have only used them once in the past, and this was the second time I used them. I originally chose to go with them because they were available in a timely manner. I was present for one of the jobs and not present for the other. I spoke to the technician during the project I was present for, and I also spoke to their office staff on the phone. Everybody provided great customer service and I had no problems.
