We had a ducting problem that was covered by our new home warranty. The warranty company initially sent out an HVAC contractor to perform the repairs. The job was done so poorly by the other contractor that Kelly Heating was called in to un-do the damage. Ryan our initial contact was polite and knowledgeable. The two technicians who arrived to perform the repairs made sure to protect our new hardwood floors and light colored carpet. They worked quickly and efficiently and we passed the HERS test with flying colors.
