Took longer to get new copier than anticipated. Was not told ahead of time that the company had huge job to complete before getting the new copier to me. The salesman that sold us the copier was very apologetic.
Present copier that was owned was in need of repair and the repair was going to cost more than the copier itself. A salesman happened to come in from Pollock at the right time when I was seriously in need of a copier like time he walked in the door. Numbers were figured up and well I have a new copier and no longer have to go out run copies. Thus far since I had the new copier the service has been great. Salesman was very pleasant and took care of everything that I needed. Recommend this company highly.
