Murphy's Law, while painting our house, and just finished up the garage doors, wouldn't you know it, the door broke when we went to open it. Apparently our builder thought one fastener in the middle of the door to the rod, and two much smaller fasteners holding the arm on the bracket was plenty. Thankfully it didn't buckle. I called at 7am, a friendly voice answered the phone took my information, and within 10 minutes I received a call back. After sending a couple of photos, their technician, Alex called and by 10 am he was here and ready to fix the door. Not only did he fix the door, but explained that it was not installed properly with enough fasteners and that is why it failed. Lesson learned for me, and will be checking these little bits of what I learn moving forward. I would highly recommend this company. They were quick, honest, and took the time to educate us on the proper installation.
