Maggie at the Federal Savings Bank is both professional and friendly, but her best qualities are that she really knows the reverse mortgage business inside out, and she is very patient in explaining (sometimes more than once in my case!) the details.
She also engaged outside services for research, notarizing and an appraisal as needed during the development of the application for our reverse mortgage. She was a joy to work with and we feel lucky to have found her - we do not hesitate to recommend her highly.
