I contacted Maggie on 12/17/13. My reverse mortgage settled January 17, 2014!

I had taken a reverse mortgage workshop Maggie had given a few years back & was impressed with her then. That's why when I decided to do a reverse mortgage, she was the person I chose to work with. (I had talked with other companies, not direct lenders, & did not quite trust them.)

She was professional, very patient with all of my questions and responded quickly to any phone calls or emails from me. She told me to contact her with any further questions I may have.

The only thing painful was the writer's cramps in my hand from signing all the required paperwork.

Maggie working for The Federal Savings Bank was a big plus for me. They are a HUD-approved lender so this meant going with a direct lender & FDIC Insured Bank.
