I have experienced two floods of my basement and worked with at least 20 companies over the past 3 years, (and have run into some real problems with some of them) and needed to use Disaster Services late one night without knowing anything about them. I got very lucky as the company turned out to be the best one with which I have ever worked. Steve there was amazing, going way above and beyond the cleanup of the carpet and served as the contractor for the repair of the basement. The work that he did and had contracted through the company's connections was outstanding. My house now is back to normal and better than ever. I really have nothing but the highest respect for this company. Call this company when you need to do so!
