I recently tried ABS Glass for the first time. I took one of my bedroom windows into their place of business to have them replace a pane of glass in it. The lady in the office was very rude! They told me that they would have the work completed in about four to five hours, so I left the window there. When I returned five hours later I discovered that they had not even started the work yet! I had to sit there while they did the work and I was waiting another four hours. I did not appreciate that. I will admit that once they completed it the quality of work was great. I had no problem with that. But it was the rudeness of the woman in the office, plus not having the work done in the timeline they had said was not right. No one would appreciate having that done to them.
