My only complaint is that the man that came to pick up my vehicle did not speak ANY English, which made it difficult. It was raining heavily and he could not maneuver his truck into the gated complex where I live. I understood enough of what he said to get this much out of his initial telephone call when he arrived to get my vehicle. I tried telling him that I would drive my car up to the gate for him, and finally after about ten minutes of attempting to communicate this to him, I hung up my phone and just drove my car to the gate. He was there, and loaded my car onto his tow truck (not the vehicle transport truck that would be taking it across country). He was not the driver that would be driving it across country. He was going to take it to the large transport truck. It made me nervous allowing him to take my car, but he did have the company paperwork, did call as I was instructed he would, and so I let it go (although I did take a video of him in the process of loading it because it made me nervous). In the end though, my car made it across country in great shape, and in the time it was promised. I would recommend this company, and I would use them again if needed, however, I would also request the driver I meet speak English! I'm sure the weather and the language barrier had everything to do with any hesitation that I felt on the day of pick up. The manager, as well as the dispatcher, of Metti International were both extremely friendly, thorough, and understanding of my particular situation. They are why I would use them again and recommend their company!
