Joe, who helped me, was a nice, personable person. He made sure I was completely informed about the timeline so that I would be ready and not taken by surprise. After the car was picked up it would immediately be gone. It wasn't just about my money. They really cared about the impact the move would have on me and wanted to do the transport exactly as scheduled.
