Ferrari is filled with many incompetent instructors and agents making and taking their calls. One of my instructors nearly got into a fist fight with a stranger on the road. This was during my first time driving, ever. It was traumatizing to say the least. When I filed a complaint with Ferrari so that they could take measures to make sure no other student would be endangered, they said, "Oh he (the instructor) must have been having a bad day."

Fast forward to a day before my road test. The office calls me and I am unable to hear the agent on the phone. When I'm finally able to hear her, I tell her
I was unable to hear her. She sighs, cusses in Spanish, and informs me that there was "an error in the system" and that my road test was no longer at 11am, but at 1pm. I had work scheduled and was no longer able to go to work because of this "error." When I expressed the inconvenience, the agent asked me, "what do you want me to do? you can take it in November." Okay.... I'll shell out another $600 closer to November because you guys messed up my road test appointment. Makes sense!

Anyway, long story short... find another driving school. I only ended up passing because of the intensive lessons I took at a smaller driving school. The smaller one very clearly cared more about their students. Ferrari is big enough for them to not give a $@!#% about you.
