I was very impressed with King Roofing Service Inc. when they helped me out with some cracked tiles on our roof. This was the second time I have worked with them and each time, they have provided outstanding service. When I contacted our sales rep, Russ, he said that he would be out to take a look at things the very next day and sure enough, he arrived right on time. He was very informative and helpful, which I really appreciated because I don't know much about these types of roofs. We set everything up and the technicians, Mike and Joe, arrived promptly on the scheduled service day as well. They worked so well together as a team and were very communicative and knowledgeable as well. One gentleman came to the door and handled things on the the customer side, while the other was up on the ladder, ready to get to work. They arrived neat, clean, and represented the company wonderfully. I especially appreciated the education I received throughout the entire process and have already been recommending the company.
