Jay Sondhi, the government loan specialist, helped me get a home loan. He provided very good customer service, and he promptly responded to any questions I had. He was very polite, and I was satisfied with most of his answers. However, some issues were not resolved in the time frame I wanted, and that is my only complaint. Other than that, it was a good experience, and I received the home loan I needed.
