I live in Puerto Rico. My son lives in our Florida home. My business with All American Roofing was all on the phone. My son tells me that I picked the best company to do our roofing. That they are professional in the work they do. My contact by phone was with Brandon, Carlos and Lisa. They were courteous, polite and explained in detail to me exactly what was going to be done. Carlos walked me through the internet to see the various tiles for me to choose from. Lisa was just so sweet and everything I asked for, she made available to me through e-mails and copies of documents through the Postal Service, as my printer was not working. Every time a payment had to be made upon completion of each phase of work, she would call me to authorize my card payment. I have only seen the completed roof in photos, but my son assures me that the new roof looks GREAT. I will be in Florida in October, and I am absolutely sure that I will see the outstanding work of All American Roofing. We will definitely recommend to anyone who needs your services.
