Misleading and terrible service

They sold us twice the amount of material needed for the project then proceeded to not give a full refund on left over material saying "it was our fault" but they told us the amount of material we needed. Dont get scammed by them!

Mr. Flanagan, I am sorry that you are not satisfied with our service. I your case, we did not have any input to advise you how many sf of material or setting material you needed. We simply sold you material that your contractor told you to order. We even suggested that quantity of setting material may be too high. We did not have any interest in advising you to buy more material than you needed. It is not our fault that the distributing company's return policy denied request for return of excess grout.
To help you cover your cost we bough back unused bags of grout which we may never use. We are sorry for any misunderstanding but saying that we scammed you and accusing our company of something that we didn't do is not accurate or fair.
