I worked with one of Floor Coverings International's salespeople and he was very knowledgeable. I'm impressed that he had the printer, software and everything with him, so that he was able to print out an estimate right in my house without any issues. I didn't have to wait for anything.

He was able to tell me the type of wood floor I needed, because I had no clue on the model number and type of wood that was used. With one look, he was able to guess what type of floor it might be and provide a sample.

I couldn't be happier with the work installation guys. They were professional but a little late, and they explained that it was due to the parts. Everything turned out great, and if I had more that needed to be done I would call them.
