My only downside is that there was an issue with the laminate floor and it took me a while to reach them. They were really good about addressing it, but I almost couldn't find them, though that was possibly my fault.

They were really quick when they did the job. They were careful with the stuff in my house, and they covered everything. They were also very personable. The foreman at the time, his name was Billy, was very nice and vary understanding. He was great. They sent a good crew, as well. They are just a really good company.
