Based on the inspection report, this was a most comprehensive and thorough inspection. The coverage was excellent, the recommendations were to the point, and the detail along with the pictures focused on the problem areas needing attention. Both John and Lisa were very helpful throughout the inspection process. Their communication prior to, during, and after the inspection was superb. Our follow-up questions were answered promptly with additional suggestions and recommendation provided. We are very pleased with the service and would highly recommend them.
