I hired this team to determine if I wanted to put an offer on a place. I figured the cost of the inspection and termite inspection would be minimal compared to buying a home with issues. I opted not to buy because of the findings. I did find a different place and because of how thorough they were will be using them to inspect my hopefully ( fingers crossed ) dream home.
