The summary was complete and I felt fully informed about issues that needed and atttention and addressed.
I was exceptionally impressed and pleased with the service provided by All American especially those performed by Lisa and John.
The only issue I have/had was access to the inspection report on the Home Gauge sight. It was impossible to gain access. I waited as long as 20 minutes for the report to load, AND it never did. Thanks to Lisa and John they were able to forward me the report via email with the report attached in a PDF file.
