I was provided a detailed report with pictures of all items in the inspection that required attention along with an easy to use feature that generates a request list for specific items that the buyer would like to be addressed on the property that can be sent to the realtor and buyer. I avoided a purchase that would have left me with an HVAC unit over 34 years old for a property I had inspected. The next home I’m interested in I will be hiring John for the inspection again.
