Coherent Report, But Long Turnaround Time

I recently used All American Inspection Services for the first time because I needed a home inspection done. I thought that the staff did a super job with the report and it was very coherent. The main issue I had, however, was that even though I was promised that I would get a report 24 hours after the service, it took about a week. I am happy that there weren't any additional problems with the house beyond what was stated in the report. Overall, this will probably be my only time using the company.

I appreciate the compliment about the report being very coherent. I do apologize for you not receiving the report in a timely manner. I tried to investigate the matter to see exactly what happen but the inspection was performed back in July of last year. This makes it difficult for me to determine the exact cause for the report being late because it was over five months ago that the inspection was done. We do typically send the reports out the next business day however it is possible that the report may have went to your spam folder. I recommend that if you do not receive the report the next day you that you check your spam folder or call our office to determine the exact cause so that we can make sure you get your report in a timely manner. Sometimes for larger inspection reports (50 pages or more) it takes longer because of the time spent writing the report. It should never take more than 2 business days though even if it is a large report. I do thank you for the review.
