I was present during the inspection and was impressed by the painstaking methodology employed by All American Inspection Services. In addition, they arranged to have the Termite Inspection to be done simultaneously and incorporated into one fee. Afterwards, I was given a review and brief summary before the detailed report to aid me in my decision making process. The fee was very reasonable and their courteous manner was the icing on the cake for me!
