I recently hired Arnold Jones Services to install a new air conditioning system in my home. I'm very happy with the work they have done for me, but the quality of the people is what most impressed me. Not only are they highly knowledgeable, but they're also willing to go the extra mile to make my experience positive. I saw a lot of team work going on on all levels, from the management to the technicians. I credit that to the quality of my experience.

I decided to implement a new product in my home--an LG unit that was only recently developed, and hasn't been tried in this area before. Rather than a central system with outdoor units, this system consists of three interior, wall mounted units. I knew going into the job that it was a bit of an experiment, and the Arnold Jones crew have done everything possible to make it a smooth experience. Of the three units, two are working great, but one is still giving us a bit of trouble. The techs are committed to resolving the issue, however, and I'm confident that everything will work out. Arnold Jones are the best of the best.
