This was my first time using Guida Door & Window. I had four windows installed in the front of the house - two in the master bedroom, and two in the living room. The house is in an area that is being re-developed, and it really made all the difference in the world. It turned out great, and the overall experience was great. The gentleman that came out, Shawn, was very personable. I was in retail management years ago, and I find that when doing business these days, a lot of times the customer service is not paramount. I was telling Molly at Guida about some bad experiences I had with other companies, but when dealing with Guida Door & Window, there have been absolutely no issues.
