The first time we used their services was in 2007/2008. We had a whole new front door with five glass panels put in, so they basically tore out the old door and everything. That was the big project we had them do for us, and we really liked the work on they did on that. More recently, we needed a storm door for the back. However, before we pick what company to go with, we do price estimates. A lot of places didn't wanna do this project, or they said they couldn't. We called Guida, and they did it right away! They didn't hesitate or say there'd be problems, so we went with them immediately. We were pleased with how they did the work, and the storm door looks great in the yard. It's similar to what you'd put in the front, but we had it done in the backyard. We love the door, and the quality is great. The way they did the work was wonderful. There were never any problems that we came across. If we need more work in the future, we would go with them. The quality of work is excellent, and their willingness to do the work is what keeps us returning to Guida. Their team members are able to come out right away, and when they come, they take their time. They don't rush you! For the second project we had them do, we got to look through the catalog, and they showed us what the door looked like. Another thing we like about Guida is that their warehouse is close to our home, so my husband was able to see an example door and mechanism before it was installed. The guy who came out brought examples, and it was an added bonus that we could go see the door before we made the purchase. The door fit perfectly, and there were no problems with frame or border. We were very happy with them, and their work is top of the list.
