Person was very professional and did complete inspection to try to identify issue. I was surprised by price when there were no issues found, I had been told service call would be $45. Cost turned out to be $177. I had though that problem was on city side but wanted a professional to look. The $45 fee was worth it. Since it was verified that problem was on city side I should have called city first and saved some money.
