I went to Donovan Equipment Company Inc. because I wanted a Fisher Plow and they were one of the dealers closest to me. This was my first truck and my first plow. After buying my new truck, I researched plows to decide which one I wanted. I had it installed at Donovan. I dealt with Mike, from plow sales. This guy was just too good to be true. As I said, it was my first plow. I never knew what the plow was all about. Mike called me during the install and said that there is a piece of trim on bottom of the truck that needed to be cut to install the plow. He said it was a very nice piece of trim and, although they normally just cut it, he didn't want to. He asked if he could just remove it so that I can put it back on later, if I wanted to. I told him that was fine. I appreciated the fact that he took notice of that and was thoughtful enough to contact me about it. After the installation was done, I took the truck home. A couple days later was when I finally got a chance to really check out the installation. I was a little concerned that they had made a mistake. I called Mike up and asked him why they cut the spoiler from the bottom. He said he would talk to the team and would call me back. He did, and within 24 hrs. He walked me through the installation manual, step by step. The team did exactly what the manufacturer required to install it. I felt better after hearing that. I was very grateful to Mike for taking the time to put my mind at ease. He is fantastic, a wonderful asset to the company. I recommend them to anyone. I know I would use their service again.
