I'm one of Donovan's oldest customers, going back back to forty-five years!

The equipment end gets five stars but the spring shop at Donovan Equipment Co Inc. gets two. They just don't have the experience there like they used to. A lot of people ask me if Rod is still up at Donovan and I say no. They let an experienced guy go. Anytime I used to call for a part, he would know what it is. I'm 73, and knowledge is everything. The younger generation doesn't have it anymore. When Don was alive things ran smooth. After he died things started going downhill. They need more experienced guys, more training.
