Donovan Equipment Co Inc. has a great product line, and a great parts inventory. We buy a lot of parts from them. But currently I am having problems with their service department. We ordered a dump body for a new truck about 13 months ago, and we asked them to install it for us. We have had nothing but trouble with the installation ever since. We have had to take it back to the shop six or seven times because it is not working properly. We would really appreciate someone reaching out to us to resolve this issue.
