I have spent many years working with Donovan Equipment Co Inc and they are a good company. I recommend them. Unfortunately, this year, they dropped the ball a little bit with me. I bought a brand-new snowplow from them. After the installation, I discovered that some hoses were loose. I had come down for the snowplow, planning to immediately get to work. Instead, I had to bring it back to my shop and fix it first. It cost me some money in lost earnings. I brought it to Donovan's attention and they didn't really step up to do anything or seem to care. I was disappointed with that aspect of their customer service. It was obviously an oversight because overall, Donovan Equipment Co Inc is a good company.
