Informative! Helpful! Lead time a little bit long.

Someone recommended Donovan Equipment Co Inc to me as a good place to have a hook lift installed. I liked the sales rep. He was informative and helpful. He got back to me in a timely manner. My only source of dissatisfaction was that the lead time was very long. It took eight weeks of lead time to get the hook lift installed. I think other places could have had it done in three. But the work was good and the service was good. I'd probably use Donovan Equipment Co Inc again.
