This was the first time using Donovan Equipment Co Inc. They sold us a lift gate on a pickup truck. Everything is working properly. I would continue to use their service because they're the only game in town. But they have good service and are local as well. The only issue I had was lead time. The scheduling was easy; however, they changed a time we had scheduled. They were easy to work with. They were polite and courteous. I would recommend Donovan Equipment Co Inc to my family and friends.,
