Good Service

Donovan Equipment did a good job for me overall. They installed a Palfinger hook lift assembly on a truck. The installation went well and their technicians were competent and knew their product. However, they were a little slow for turning around service and there wasn't a ton of communication. Their pricing was good. We did have to go back immediately for servicing of some leaky lines, but they were fairly responsive and there was no long wait or anything.
