The AC went out in my town home and I decided to contact four different suppliers who gave me different proposals. The first one, it was a high end dollar and the next two were close on their pricing and offer. Then Mark, from Southside Heating & Air Conditioning Inc., came and gave me the match the other two had given me, but then he gave me detail on an AC that didn't have the brand name but built by the same company. This AC was 20% lower than the initial price. I took the option. The irony is that during May, about thirty days later, the AC in my other town house quit. I called Mark again. He went over there and gave me the same price and proposal as before. They came within three or four days to get it done. Mark was able to sell two machines to me in less than thirty days. He benefited and I did as well. So far so good. I also have a warranty that they provided. I expect them to stand behind their warranty and product.
