I had a salesperson visit and estimate the project in April 2021, I agreed to the estimate and paid a 30% down payment. The work was scheduled for June 29th. June 25th I received an email confirming my 6/29/21 appointment at 9 am for the work to be completed. 6/29/21 9:40 am I contacted the company to inquire as to the expected arrival of the crew, after being transferred and disconnected twice, I was told that they weren't coming due to a polymer shortage and wouldn't be able to reschedule for approximately 6 weeks. Also told that the email was sent erroneously, the actual scheduler was on vacation last week and my work wasn't happening. It was quite a disorganized and rude approach to their customer service. At this point I requested an immediate return of my deposit as they had breached their contract with me, transferred, and disconnected again, I persisted. As of the writing of this review I am still waiting for the return of the deposit or a response to my email requesting the status . Incidentally, I called the salesperson that sold the job and was told that there is no polymer shortage and the foreman of the crew had in fact quit. Terrible customer service compounded by lying to me.
