I'm really happy with Quality 1st Basements. They come on a regular basis to check the French drain and vacuum it out. They also check my sump pump and the connections to the washing machine. Quality 1st installed the French drain and sump pump years ago and over time they've gradually been increasing the size of the French drain. This is an old house, nearly one hundred years old. Like us old folk, it's getting arthritis and stuff. When when get heavy rain there is still one small leak. I know where it is and they might have to tear the wall open there to plug the concrete wall but it's not a complex job. No engineering required. As for the value, I believe Quality 1st Basements is saving me money. Also, when we eventually sell, their work has added value to the house. I recommend Quality 1st Basements. I will continue to use their services!
