my parents are going through a nightmare with this company!!! they did two jobs for them. raising the front steps, and raising the cement around the pool. it is all worse now than before they touched it. they even broke the steps and only redid the center platform. after this there is lots of broken cement, cracks everywhere, the did not level the cement away from the house so lots of damage will be done if not fixed correctly!!! after coming out a second visit there is zero improvement and they said it is their final visit and everything is ok!!! they didnt even clean the cement off the walls that they smeared all over with thier hands! terrible job! how can you be so unprofessional to not care about this! reviews will be getting posted everywhere about this my my parents, my extended family and myself if there is now resolution! this company will happily take your money but does not seem interest in doing the job correctly. avoid them at all costs! if a supervisor or owner wishes to reach out to myself feel free. we need this redone as soon as possible and done correctly!!!!
