We were very pleased with the work done in our basement and expect that no water will come into our basement when it rains. Wilbur Cardoza was an excellent foreman. He was very courteous, listened to my concerns, managed to keep the basement bathroom intact (even though no-one thought it could be saved). He made sure that everything was covered to minimize the dust. I do have an issue with the window well, with some water getting into it, but I spoke to the manager who assured me that the crew would come back to correct the situation.
