My experience with Quality 1st Basements was almost entirely perfect! So far as all the work went, I'd say they were very accountable and did a very good job. There was a small issue, at one point, but it was fixed quickly, and for free, which I really appreciated. There were two things that I didn't like, as much. For one, the driver got a flat tire, on his way to my house, and I never received a call explaining the delay. For another, they charge $100 just to get the paperwork for the permits, because the papers must be acquired through a contractor, and then you're required to do the rest of the work completing and filing the forms, by yourself. It'd be nice if they made the price more reasonable, since it's not something the customer can do entirely by themselves, and it seems a bit unfair to make it so expensive.
